Hi, I’m Amy Bowen!

I'm glad you found me! I am a Clinical Mental Health Counselor licensed in Utah, Idaho and Rhode Island. My private practice is in Cache Valley, Utah, where I offer in-person and telehealth individual sessions for adults 18+ years old.

I am a plant mom, artist and animal lover. I really enjoy gardening, though I'm still unsure if I spend less on planting it than I would buying it from the grocery store. I can really geek out over the Lord of the Rings and tarot cards, and one day I would love to know all the names of our native plants. I usually dress up for Halloween in the office.

I have fidgets, weighted stuffed animals, adjustable lights, lamps, air purifiers (both the plant variety and the plug-in one), and sparkly things in my office. I want you to feel like you can relax in my office. The big overhead light is often turned off!
