If you’re in Utah, Idaho, or Rhode Island, are autistic or ADHD, and you struggle with self-sabotage, this group offers therapy for neurodivergent adults like you with strategies designed for your brain.
Groups are led by Amy Bowen, a therapist specializing in autism and ADHD.
This group provides the perspective of an autism therapist for adults, helping you navigate challenges like:
Procrastination and avoidance
Burnout and executive function struggles
Shame cycles connected to self-sabotage
Support for Autistic Adults and ADHD Adults
Our sessions emphasize:
Support for autistic adults in community with peers
Trauma therapy for ADHD/autism for those with overlapping challenges
Counseling for self esteem so you can stop doubting your abilities

When: When: 90-minute group sessions once per week; day of the week TBD.
Duration: 8 weeks of structured content + ongoing support
Cost: $325/month
